1st World Championship Juniors and Women - Kosice 2000
While the Men World Championship began its era in 1994 in Kosice in Slovakia, women and juniors had to wait for their world competition until 2000, when their first championship was held also in Kosice. All three footballtennis powers took gold medals in the junior category. Slovakia dominated in the category of women and its total sum of three gold medals ment a position of the most successful country of the championship.

2nd World Championship Juniors and Women - Szombathely 2002
The second World Championship of women and juniors was held in hungarian Szombathely in 2002. In the junior category two gold medals went to the Czech Republic, one to Slovakia. In the category of women Slovakia dominated again in the two original disciplines, whereas Romania earned the victory in a new discipline of individuals (junior singles were in the program already in Kosice). With a total sum of three gold medals Slovakia regained the title of the most successful country.

3rd World Championship Juniors and Women - Bucuresti 2004
The third World Championship took place in the romanian capital of Bucuresti. In the junior category Slovakia returned at the world's throne by winning two of three gold medals. One gold went to the Czech Republic. In the women's category the results followed the previous championship, two gold medals were hung on the neck of Slovakian players, one went to Romania. With the total sum of four gold, the most successful position was maintained by Slovakia for the third time.

4th World Championship Juniors and Women - Opava 2006
At the fourth World Championship held in the czech city of Opava, home juniors dominated in their category by winning all three gold medals. Gold in the women's category finally went to the Czech Republic even twice, Slovakia took one gold medal. The organizing country then won the overall score by taking five gold medals.
